We are an Area Information Center designated by the State of Texas Health and Human Services -Texas Information and Referral Network located in Weslaco.
We connect people and services with Resources in the four county areas of Starr, Hidalgo, Cameron and Willacy Counties.

Job Description:
- Must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and bilingual English and Spanish.
- Phone Etiquette Skills a must.
- Perform other administrative support tasks.
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, email or facsimile machine.
- Problem Solving-Analyze data to determine assessment to questions from customers or members of the public - Performs other duties as assigned, united way presentations, health fairs, outreach, etc.
Qualifications:
- Associates in field of social services and/or Must have 2 years' experience in work related field.
- Computers skills - Excellent communication skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Position located in Weslaco Work Remotely Temporarily due to COVID-19 Job Types:
