At our 32-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Hidalgo County and the Rio Grande Valley.
We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Clinical Compliance Specialist to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!As a participating hospital of Ernest Health, our patients are family.

oCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse requiredoMinimum two years clinical experience preferredoOne year in clinical compliance role preferredAdditional Qualifications/Skills:
oKnowledge of and resource for Federal, State and the Joint Commission standards and hospital specific rules and regulations.
oKnowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
oAbility to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
oDemonstrates general computer skills including:
data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
oDemonstrates critical thinking skills:
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
