Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly Maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold company standards and foster a positive work environment Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food service, customer service, and financial management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus Why Join Us:
